Working with the UK’s largest residential property building brand, this client was urgently seeking a Senior Site Manager to join the team and lead a new building site of over 80 plots.

Our specialist Recruitment Consultant collaborated with the client to understand the role in its entirety and the skillsets required in order to get the new site up and running.

After an extensive search and investing time on qualifying and building relationships with senior candidates who were interested in the opportunity of working for a reputable brand, TXM Recruit presented a selection of qualified candidates to the client followed by organising interviews.

TXM Recruit successfully placed the Senior Site Manager for the Newark building site. One year into the new house build, the site won the prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job award.

Case Study: Increasing diversity on building site

A Senior Site Manager working for a reputable house building site required an Assistant Site Manager, four months into the site build of over 80 plots.

Supporting the brand’s push to increase diversity amongst its workforce, TXM Recruit’s specialist Recruitment Consultant identified a female candidate who had plenty of experience on new house builds and was the perfect match for the role. This candidate was successfully offered the role of Assistant Site Manager.

Nine months into the build, the Senior Site Manager was promoted to Contracts Manager. TXM Recruit backfilled the role, maintaining the same quality standards and level of expectations. The site won a NHBC Pride in the Job award.
