Due to a significant period of growth and the recent expansion of our clients manufacturing facilities, we are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Engineer to join their growing Quality team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking composites business at an exciting time in our clients development. As a key member of the team, you’ll play a crucial role in upholding and improving the quality of their products and processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience working within a Quality department in a composites environment
- Strong understanding of quality systems, processes, and standards
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
- Oversee quality control processes across the production cycle
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain and improve quality documentation and systems
- Liaise with production, engineering, and inspection teams to drive quality improvements
