About the Role:
TXM is proud to exclusively partner with KNAPP, a global leader in intelligent automation solutions, to recruit ambitious engineering graduates for their new Graduate Engineering Program. For the program we are looking for candidates who are willing to potentially relocate to the USA after 1 year of employment with KNAPP.

This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain real-world experience & training working on large-scale, international projects across Europe and the USA. Throughout your first year with KNAPP, you will be provided with all the necessary training from KNAPP’s dedicated training academy, you will then spend time supporting different business units within customer service to gain a thorough understanding of the business and the role of a Data Analyst ahead of your relocation to the USA.

What to expect:

• Training & Development: Undertake a 12-month tailored training program, combining hands-on technical assignments, site visits, and rotations on KNAPP’s key locations across Europe.
• Project Exposure: Gain experience on real-world customer-facing projects, working with experienced KNAPP employees to develop your skillset and learn your role.
• International Placement: Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to join KNAPP in the US, where you will have the opportunity to work on industry leading projects.
• Mentoring: Be guided and mentored by KNAPP’s senior professionals in the fields of engineering and project management

Candidate Requirements:

We are seeking highly motivated graduates who:
• Hold a degree in Computer science, software engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
• Are passionate about technology, innovation, and solving complex challenges
• Are adaptable, curious, and ready to travel extensively across Europe during the first year
• Have a long-term ambition to work internationally, with the aim of a placement in the USA
• Are willing to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process
