TXM is recruiting for a leading automation and intralogistics company, seeking to hire a Maintenance Team Leader. In this position you will manage a team of 2 technicians and 2 LOE’s. The Ideal candidate will have experience within a high-speed manufacturing/distribution environment with automated machinery. You will also take on the responsibility of some reliability engineering responsibilities.
Shift
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30
Responsibilities:
- Together with your team, effectively and efficiently carrying out inspections, repairs and maintenance (corrective, preventive and predictive) on all equipment.
- Guiding and supporting the work of your team and acting as a point of contact;
- Taking the lead in coordinating the quality and progress of the work with the customer;
- Identifying, signalling and communicating (technical) problems and equipment malfunctions;
- Solving problems and making improvement proposals to prevent problems and/or improve the operation of the equipment (continuous improvement);
- Ensuring a pleasant and safe working environment.
- Work experience as a maintenance and/or fault engineer
- Experience in supervising and supporting work within a team.
- Adequate speaking and writing skills in English.
- Flexible, willing to work in a shift roster.
- Pro-active, result- and solution-oriented, flexible, team-oriented and stress-resistant.
- Communicative and motivational go-between, and recognisable as such to customers and colleagues.
- Experience working within high-speed automated environment.
