What You’ll Be Doing:
- Programming and operating Wire and Spark EDM machines to precision specs.
- Using Agie Charmilles Cut & Form series equipment (experience here is a bonus!).
- Tackling technical challenges, manual machining, and ensuring quality at every step.
- Meeting time-critical deadlines with finesse.
- Supporting the Machine Shop team with a proactive attitude and high standards.
- Proven experience with Wire & Spark EDM in a motorsport or high-spec environment.
- Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A methodical, motivated, and dependable team player who thrives under pressure.
