Junior specialises in providing M&E and Fire Engineers to London Underground & Crossrail sites.Junior is specifically focused on recruiting positions such as HVAC, Electrical testers, Fire Engineers and White-Collar roles such as Contract Managers and Project Managers.

​Matthew Bees is a specialist recruitment consultant supporting one of TXM's major accounts within the rail industry. Focused on recruiting blue-collar contractors, Matt is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for the client and candidate.

TXM Recruit's Ben Grant is Facilities Management Divisional Manager. An experienced consultant specialising within the retail maintenance sector. Working closely with blue chip organisations such as supermarkets, distribution and other general retail maintenance companies, Ben's team provides recruitment support for HVAC Engineers, Commercial Gas Engineers, Shift Engineers and AC Engineers.
