As an experienced Workshop Controller, you will have a Salary up to £45k per annum subject to skills and experience, with working hours of Monday - Thursday 8.00-5.00p.m. and Friday 8.00 – 4.30 p.m.
As an experienced Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the workshop, leading and performance managing a team of Technicians. To maximise workflow and productivity to ensure repairs are completed timely and accurately, delivering the highest standards of quality and workmanship following manufacturer methods for a safe repair of our customers’ vehicles.
You will be going in as a Workshop Controller into a company with over 40 years of knowledge and expertise in the industry and are appointed by Manufacturers and Insurance companies. A market leader in equipment to include four-wheel alignment Hunter equipment (Geometry) and ADAS autonomous driving resets / cameras, diagnostics, air-conditioning units and EV tooling.
You must be an experienced Workshop Controller with understanding of the accident repair industry, vehicle legislation and trade practices as an MET, Panel or Paint Technician, from an accident repair background with ideally workshop controller or supervisory experience.
You must have the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising the vehicles safety. Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount either working alone or as part of a team.
Clean driving license required for manoeuvring vehicles on site and road tests.
