TXM Recruit introduced a cost effective and sustainable recruitment strategy enabling the client to source, train and develop future F1 Engineers, including a fully tailored Apprenticeship programme specific to their requirements.

This created the opportunity for individuals to achieve a NVQ Level 3 qualification with specific Engineering and Manufacturing units.
