Each consultant receives a competitive basic salary as well as a market leading, uncapped, and lucrative commission scheme. All employees are entered into a corporate pension and life assurance scheme, so rest assured you are covered for later life.

Learning and career development
We encourage a culture of learning at TXM Recruit providing in-house training to all our staff. This is often tailored to suit all levels such as trainees and management. This means consultants are prepared and up to speed with any changes in the market, including the topical IR35 legislation changes.

Annual leave and birthday day off
No one likes working on their birthday and that’s why we give our employees the day off! In addition to this, employees are entitled to 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. You also gain an extra day per year of service, increasing your annual leave to a maximum of 25 days.

To help you be at your best for the day ahead, we provide breakfast (the most important meal of the day!), as well as fresh fruit and refreshments – plenty of tea and coffee to keep you going throughout the day!

Free parking and flexible working
Employees are provided with their own smart phone and laptop, with flexibility to work from home.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all employees worked from home and since lockdown rules have been lifted, we’ve done our upmost to ensure both offices in Milton Keynes and Derby are COVID-secure, with hand sanitiser stations and social distancing desk plans and rotas in place.

Our recently refurbished offices in Milton Keynes and Derby also offer free private and secure staff parking which is always a bonus!

Games room and incentives
