​I joined TXM in July 2017 as an Account Manager heading up what is now our largest Major Platinum Account. What I love most about working here at TXM, is everyone works collaboratively; from an Administrator to a member of the Executive board, everyone will support you. We also have a fantastic Learning and Development team who have helped me strengthen both my recruitment and personal skills to get me to the level I am today. I would highly recommend joining TXM family, it’s the place where you will develop not only from a career/ professional aspect but also a personal one also.

​I joined TXM Recruit after 3 years of being in Internal Recruitment roles to be a delivery consultant on our largest account. One of the things I enjoy about working here is the progression opportunities which have led me onto managing one of the MSP accounts. Although my role requires me to be out of the office most days, I love the culture of the office when I am there.

​TXM Recruit was a huge career change for me having always worked in construction and on building sites, the fact that I was given the opportunity without any prior knowledge of the recruitment industry was a testament to TXM, 3 years later I’m still here and have been given a great platform to forge a career in recruitment and have been given untold amounts of support along the way. It was a gamble for them and for me but I would like to think it has paid off for both parties with the main highlight being that they have the same big ambition that I have to deliver the best quality service available.

​I have been working at TXM Recruit for almost 3 years, all of my colleagues as well as management are very supportive and hardworking which makes it a perfect place to work. The continuous training provided is to a very high standard, this has allowed me to develop & improve my own personal recruitment skills in a fairly short space of time.
