​Understanding the role you’re looking to fill is the first and most important step of the recruitment process.

​​With the pandemic changing the way we communicate, we’ve incorporated video technology as part of the recruitment process, launching TXM Insights.

Instead of just submitting CVs, TXM Insights takes candidate shortlisting to another level. Our video interview platform provides an overview of our consultant’s interview notes as well as capturing candidates answering 3-5 core questions on video. Accompanied with their CVs, these live answers bring our candidate choices to life. Once this exciting candidate shortlist has been reviewed by you, we will then arrange and facilitate live videos interview, providing a safer alternative to face-to-face interviews.

​​Once we’ve provided you with a vibrant candidate shortlist and interviews have finished, it’s now decision-making time!

We know employing the right candidate is an important decision to make and therefore, we will do our upmost to ensure that you have all the information you need, undertaking negotiations and facilitating further conversations where required.

For those candidates who have slightly missed the mark, we don't shy away from difficult conversations. For those candidates who have been unsuccessful, we make sure we provide constructive feedback, adjust our search if necessary, and continue to help them find their new employer.

At this stage, we continue to work with our clients and candidates to ensure everything is set in place from completing paperwork to confirming start dates.

Once the candidate starts the new role and throughout onboarding, we like to keep in touch with both the candidate and client and ‘check in’ to see how it’s going and if there’s anything else we can support with.
