TXM are working with a client looking for two Technicians to work on a variety of Rail, Road, Defence and trailer vehicles, structures and components.
Our client is looking for technicians with experience in MOT Prep, chassis servicing and maintenance as well as fitting experience. Our client is looking for technicians from Rail, HGV, tankers or similar large vehicle industries.
As a technician, you will be responsible for
- Health, Safety & Compliance – Enforce and adhere to all company, industry, and legal health, safety, and environmental standards, including PPE usage, corporate uniform compliance, and reporting of accidents or risks.
- Workshop Operations & Maintenance – Ensure high standards of housekeeping, follow company Safe Systems of Work, and conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to meet performance and warranty requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting – Accurately complete job cards, service sheets, timesheets, and other required paperwork while maintaining operational reports and records.
- Undertake quality inspection checks on all vehicles, tankers, and ancillary equipment.
- Supervise technicians from a work compliance, planning, standards & completion perspective ensuring all relevant paperwork also completed to Company standards
We are looking for time served or qualified technicians to work Monday to Friday days or on earlies and lates rotating pattern.
