Location: Waterloo & Elland Depot
Hours: Day shifts, Monday to Friday (40 hours), evening and weekend work when required
Reporting to: Engineering Manager.
Working in the Elland and Waterloo engineering stores, this role is responsible for the timely and accurate replenishment of stock including placing orders, supplier management and the receiving and issuing of parts, goods and services.
Storekeeper Technician Duties:
- As Storekeeper you will provide purchasing advice and assist on all matters related to the maintenance and repair of the vehicle fleet and other sundry stock.
- To take responsibility for all stocked consumables and engineering parts.
- To carry out forward stock planning, trends analysis and forecasting to maintain stock availability and meet company demands.
- To work closely with the engineering management team and be the first point of contact for the Central Stores Operative / Drivers to assist them in completing their daily tasks
Storekeeper Technician Skills:
- A clean driving licence and FLT licence (training will be provided if required).
- Flexibility to provide cover across other Blazefield depot locations as required.
