Sales Operations Coordinator
Location: Hybrid
Full-Time 8-6 (37.5 hours a week)

Our client, a leading provider of cutting-edge communications solutions, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The Role:
As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will support the sales team in key areas such as managing proposals, drafting contracts, and coordinating events. You'll ensure seamless sales operations, helping the team drive business success through efficient processes and customer management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Draft, review, and maintain service contracts to meet legal and company standards.
  • Coordinate and maintain the calendar for events such as exhibitions, hospitality, and networking.
  • Maintain and update customer data across internal systems like CRM and billing platforms.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for the sales team, including pricing checks, liaising with suppliers, and preparing reports.
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics (conversion rates, lead sources, etc.) to aid data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer testimonials and video case studies.
What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Sales Support, PA/EA roles, or similar positions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM systems (knowledge of HubSpot is a plus).
  • A results-driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
