Location: Eccles
Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours) £16.50 an hour
Reporting to: Engineering Manager.
As a vehicle inspector you will evaluate the safety and physical condition of our vehicles. Responsibilities include:
Vehicle Inspector Engineer Duties:
- Examining the interior and exterior for damage, wear, or defects.
- They also test the functionality of systems, measure tire pressure and fluid levels, and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
- Evaluating the ability and suitability of bus and fleets to operate a contract.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and functions
- Ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills, and Basic mechanical knowledge.
