Location: Full-Time | Northampton | £25,000 Basic Salary + OTE £40,000 (commision scheme)

Our client, a nationwide B2B telecoms specialist with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a driven Lead Generator to join their dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in identifying new prospects and setting up meetings for the Business Development team. The Role:

As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to cold and warm leads, engaging with potential clients, and booking appointments for Business Development Managers. You will use your strong communication skills to clearly convey the benefits of the company's services and build relationships with prospective customers. Your goal is to drive sales and set up high-quality meetings that lead to business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Calling potential clients to generate leads and book meetings.
  • Conveying the value of telecom solutions to business prospects.
  • Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline through CRM systems.
  • Providing regular updates on call outcomes and prospect engagement.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly lead targets.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 1+ years’ experience in telesales or a service-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong work ethic with self-motivation and discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence over the phone.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and pipeline.
  • Quick learner with the eagerness to improve and achieve results.
