Our client, a leading provider of bespoke communication services in the UK, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. As a trusted technology partner for businesses large and small, they deliver tailored solutions across telephony, mobile, and broadband, ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction.

The Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure that communication service projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating deployments, and maintaining communication with customers, internal teams, and suppliers. Experience in telephony, mobile, or broadband projects would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule project deployments using a CRM system and Smartsheet.
  • Ensure all projects are completed efficiently and in line with SLAs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Manage broadband orders, engineer visits, and hardware deployments.
  • Oversee project progress, handling escalations and reporting delays.
What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Business acumen and the ability to analyse large data sets.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within telecoms or IT.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Smartsheets (preferred).
  • PRINCE II Foundation or ITIL qualification (or willingness to achieve).
