As a Plumber you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance.
The tasks can include service, repair and maintenance on piping, valves, pumps, heaters, fixtures, blockages and more. There will be basic work on pipes, faucets and toilets. You also might be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.
Salary Details
- The salary starts at £40,401 and is historically known to increase within 12-24 months.
- Monday – Friday working 45-hour weeks – 7am to 4pm along with 1 in 4 weeks on call with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
- Door-to-Door pays
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent
- Some experience working within commercial buildings, along with a full driving license with no more than 6 points.
- Company Van and Fuel Card (Option for personal use from Day 1)
- Smartphone and PDA supplied.
- 25 days holiday + 8 BH
- Average of a 4% bonus
