We’re seeking an NDT Level 2 Inspector to help ensure the safety and reliability of precision components used by top aerospace clients like Rolls Royce, Eaton, and Collins Aerospace. - Conduct NDT testing and inspections using Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant methods.
- Interpret results, generate detailed reports, and identify potential defects.
- Participate in Nadcap and customer audits.
- Ensure calibration and control of NDT equipment.
- Adapt Lean principles and maintain adherence to prime quality standards.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years as an NDT technician in engineering/manufacturing (preferably aerospace).
- Competence in magnetic particle and liquid penetrant inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Certifications:
- Relevant EN4179 NDT certification.
- Documented evidence of previous NDT experience.
- Bonus Skills:
- Engineering apprenticeship.
- Experience with Nital (acid) etch.
