Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:45 pm, Friday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm)

Role Overview:
As an HSE Officer, you’ll manage existing health, safety, and environmental systems while working closely with shop floor teams to improve HSE culture. You’ll ensure compliance with industry regulations, lead risk assessments, and deliver safety training. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE role and possess strong knowledge of REACH, PUWER, and HAVS regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Manage and improve existing HSE systems
- Conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations
- Promote a positive safety culture on the shop floor
- Apply knowledge of REACH, PUWER, and HAVS to ensure safety compliance
- Deliver safety training and manage environmental programs
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in aerospace or a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of REACH, PUWER, and HAVS regulations
- Proven track record in managing HSE systems and influencing workplace safety culture
- NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) required
- Competitive salary of £52,000
