TXM are working with a well-established client who are looking for a team leader at their depot in Bristol.
Our client can offer a salary of £43147, working Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm.
For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- The primary focus of the Team Leader is to manage our client’s depot operations, activities and personnel at the Bristol depot.
- Implementation and maintenance of safety systems, production efficiency and quality output
- Ensuring the compliance of teams working to VMI’s, VOI’s and ATC work instructions
- Liaising with Project Engineers to ensure efficient work programmes are implemented
- Work with the training department in the development of competence assessments for the team
- Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Implementation of customer requirements
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering – Rail Traction & Rolling Stock preferred
- Understanding of rail vehicle maintenance
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Understanding of both mechanical and electrical engineering
- People management training
