Our client requires an experienced Fleet Process Manager to support the introduction of new policies across a number of depots and maintenance facilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the fleet production teams, develop and implement a suite of depot policies and processes to meet the requirements of the business to maintain and deliver a safe, efficient and reliable operation.
- Work with the Fleet SQE manager to ensure the process align to the legislative requirements under the individual standards of 9001, 45001, 14001.
- Align the process with Value Stream Mapping considering the different stakeholder at each location.
- The requirement will be to support all fleet engineering locations so travel will be essential.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholder to implement change.
