- Working hours – 45 hours per week
- Salary - £38,000 - £42,000, depending on experience
- Location – Milton Keynes / Luton / Oxford
- Good sound electrical knowledge. Able to complete EICR’s in commercial/Industrial properties
- Extensive knowledge of single and three-phase fault finding and 1st time fixes.
- To conduct electrical repairs / minor works.
- To liaise with the helpdesk for planned and routine maintenance programmes and reporting procedures.
- To work to recognised industry standards at all times.
- To maintain records of all work, and that required paperwork is completed and sent in within the defined timescales.
- To undertake training as required to perform the duties of the role, including health and safety courses and further trade development to maintain current knowledge and professional qualifications (Continued Professional Development).
- Ability to act on own initiative.
Requirements
- City & Guilds 2360 or 2365 Level 3, or equivalent to BS7671 18th edition
- NVQ Level 3 including AM2
- City & Guilds or equivalent 2391-2394-95
- An enhanced DBS disclosure will be requested
