As a Vehicle Installtion Electrician you will work Monday to Thursday, 38 hours a weekday shift with overtime available on Fridays. All hours will be at a competitive rate via an umbrella company and works to run throughout 2024.
Vehice Installation Electricain works:
- Responsible for the installation and test of chassis and body electrical control systems in accordance with customer specification, ensuring the necessary quality standards are maintained and adhered to.
- To complete multiple tasks across several distinct areas of the production build processes.
Requirements for Vehicle Installation Electrician:
- Time served Vehicle Installation Electrician Automotive electrician.
- Demonstrate capability to work on systems up to 600V AC or DC
- 3 years’ experience post time served apprenticeship working on bus electrical systems
- Vehicle diagnostics & fault finding
- Cable sizing & routing & termination
- Wiring harness manufacture
- PLC control systems
- Multiplex electrical systems
