Onsite role based at Call Flex Business Park S63 7ER.
Pay - £11.44 Per hour
Client- EQUANS
Working Hours -Monday to Friday 08:30AM - 17:00 PM
Duration - 4 weeks (Potentially extended or Perm position thereafter)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues
- Analyze customer accounts and transactions to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyze complex situations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
