My client is one of the most iconic teams in Formula 1 history, is seeking a talented Composite Trimmer to join their cutting-edge team in Oxford. About the Role
As a Composite Trimmer, you will be at the forefront of building and refining the high-performance components that make up our Formula 1 cars. You will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to pushing the limits of engineering and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Trimming, fitting, and assembling composite components to precise specifications.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions.
- Conducting quality inspections to ensure all parts meet exacting standards.
- Collaborating with engineers and technicians to optimize component performance.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- AT least 5 years proven experience in composite trimming, ideally within motorsport, aerospace, or a similar high-performance industry.
- Expertise in working with carbon fiber and other composite materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
