Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer     
Location: Yeovilton
Salary: £37,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hrs a week, (08:00 – 17:00) + 1in4 call out

I am currently seeking an experience and qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to join one the UK’s leading FM companies. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and installing commercial gas systems, with a specific focus on electrical components and a high proficiency in handling steam boilers.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake heating engineering and plumbing duties, including reactive repairs, servicing of boilers, and other appliances.
  • Install new domestic heating systems.
  • Issue notices and certificates required.
  • Acquire quotes for stock and materials through approved order systems.
  • Participate in the on-call system, providing 24/7 emergency cover.
  • Maintain regular communication with the site supervisor and works coordinators to obtain instructions and resolve working problems.
  • Record completed works, maintaining accurate records of work carries out, including measurements and calculations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • CCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, CTRA1, CBHP1, CMDDA1, CoNGLP1
  • BOAS
  • Commercial sector experience
  • Driving Licence
