Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer     
Location: Stockport
Salary: up to £43k DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hrs a week, (08:00 – 17:00) + 1in4 call out

I am currently looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies. As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be in the commercial sector in Schools and Council offices working on boilers and heating systems. You will be covering, Stockport, Tameside, Bolton & Salford 

Responsibilities
  • Install, repair & maintain boilers and heating systems
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety & building codes
  • Perform safety checks on gas appliances & heating systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with boilers and heating systems and make necessary repairs or replacements
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
  • Communicate effective with clients.
Qualifications & Experience
  • CCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, CTRA1, CBHP1, CMDDA1, CoNGLP1
  • Commercial sector experience
  • Driving Licence
