About the Opportunity
This is your chance to be part of a cutting-edge team shaping the future of motorsport. As a Metallic Machinist (5 Axis CNC), you will play a crucial role in producing high-precision components for race-winning performance. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in precision engineering and thrives in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 5 Axis CNC machines to manufacture high-precision metallic components.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure components meet exacting motorsport standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain tooling selection, machine maintenance, and production records.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior machinists.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a 5 Axis CNC Machinist, ideally in motorsport or precision engineering.
- Strong knowledge of 5 Axis CNC machining, tools, and processes.
- Experience with Heidenhain controls (essential).
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (HyperMill experience is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
