Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge?

TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation who are recruiting for a Billing Administrator for a temp to perm position paying £13.80 per hour in London. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling direct enquiries from the client, Line Management, and sub-contractors
  • Ability to use IT packages to an intermediary level, including Microsoft Office systems to record and maintain department records BI reports /Planon CAFM
  • Administrative support to the engineering team using client systems.
  • Data input and filing both hardcopy and electronically, in an efficient and accurate manner, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • To service meetings including preparing monthly Management Information reports
  • Running Multi finance reports for FBPs
  • Process supplier invoices and raise purchase orders in a timely manner for PPM works and reactive and quoted works when requested.
  • Run and analyse WIP and COMP Spend reports with The Account Manager
  • Financial contract responsibilities including debt management/ coupa reporting – includes pricing completed work and raising Applications and invoices to the client on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and post accruals, prepayments, and journals
  • Perform credit control duties
  • Raise sales invoices and purchase orders
  • Process intercompany transactions
  • Liaise with operational staff on daily basis
  • Liaise with the customer contacts on daily basis
  • Prepare, submit, and apply contract indexations
  • Issue various Financial site reports
 
What we require?
  • Working as part of a team the post holder will assist the Technical Supervisor and Contract Management to provide a full site admin and finance support.
  • Intermediary experience IT in MS packages
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise a varied and demanding workload
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Accuracy with figures
  • Intermediary experience to create and produce excel spreadsheets
  • Office and finance background preferred

Rate: £13.80 per hour
Location: Bevis Marks, London
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm
