ALL roads have led to rail and recruitment for Jacob Seward, a long-serving member of the TXM Recruit team.
And Jacob is almost entirely unique due to the fact he now preaches what he once practised.
Prior to joining TXM Recruit, he worked as an engineer in rolling stock. There are few recruiters who are able to boast advanced qualifications in an industry they now resource on behalf of.
Initially, Jacob played a key role in TXM Recruit’s defence division but when an opportunity to return to the rail sector appeared, he took it with both hands.
“I have been working as part of the TXM team for more than five years now and I wouldn’t change it for the world,” he said.
“It has been a weird and wonderful experience for me. I began my working life, thanks to TXM Recruit, in rail.
“And I am delighted to say I am back working within the industry.
“I have a passion for blue-collar recruitment and rail is what I know best.
“I have really developed as an individual here and am very much looking forward to what the future holds for myself and, of course, the business.
“I believe I have found the right fit for me and, since taking up the opportunity, I have not looked back.”
