Shallow joined TXM Recruit back in June 2017, boasting an impressive Recruitment track record, working for Balfour Beatty, Amey, Secondsite Recruitment Limited and Adecco UK.
Now plying her trade at TXM Recruit, working within the Rail sector, Shallow claims that her time at the agency has been the finest of her career.
She shared: “I have worked for quite a few recruitment agencies in my time and it is fair to say that TXM Recruit has been the place I have enjoyed the most in my career so far.
“What I have loved the most about TXM Recruit is that they take time out to understand the client in order to build-up a healthy relationship with them.
“And I think that getting the personal side of things with a client enables a better opportunity to attract them and that obviously leads to money coming in to the agency in the long run.
“The same applies to people joining TXM Recruit, like myself, as I have had a lot of support from the managers and the directors and I continue to receive it to this day.”
Shallow also said that TXM Recruit provide a comfortable working environment.
Describing the atmosphere as having a ‘family feel’, she said: “I sometimes meet up with other members of staff because we’re like one big ‘family’.
“This is what makes TXM Recruit all the more attractive to be associated with.
“Whenever possible, I usually meet up with some of the staff based down in Milton Keynes and try my hardest to attend any events staged.
“These events, whether they be day activities or work nights out, are fantastic to be a part of as it sees TXM Recruit apply the definition of ‘Work Hard, Play Hard’, a philosophy that helps us go The Xtra Mile and stand out from the competition”
