Do you have knowledge and experience in plumbing, painting and decorating and maintenance and repair tasks?
TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project based in Sussex. They are looking for experienced Mobile Handyperson to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completion of PPM and reactive works activities in accordance with contract requirement
- To provide support and expertise to assist the helpdesk team and operational team.
- To supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors, reporting anomalies to the operational leads.
- To be aware of and have a good working understanding and practical hands-on input, in the control of legionella and associated required works
- Proven experience in a previous or similar role in a professional Facilities Management environment - essential
- Understanding of the FM industry
- Basic plumbing and electrics tasks
- Carpentry and Painting and decorating
- Building installation and repair carpet fitting, repairing walls, gutter clearance, and drainage)
- Hold a full UK Driving licence.
Job Title: Mobile Handyperson
Salary: £14.18
Contract: 6 Months
Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Location: Sussex
