Before joining the world of recruitment, Jacob undertook a four year apprenticeship with Rail Door Solutions and Railcare as an apprentice Engineer. Jacob has first hand experience working across rolling stock from full overhauls to specialising in specific train door builds. ​TXM Recruit's Rail specialist Consultant Adam Marriott recruits blue-collar roles, focused on supplying mechanical fitters, welders, exam/test technicians and electrical fitters or electricians for clients within rollingstock and traction.Adam has successfully managed high volume recruitment projects and has placed whole teams into TXM's key clients, backed up with excellent testimonials and references.

​Thom Kellogg is one of TXM Recruit's recruitment consultants within the rail division, specialising in traction and rolling stock. Thom supports rail clients by recruiting for roles such as Mechanical and Electrical Fitters, Technicians, Welders, Vehicle Builders, Heavy Fitters, Locomotive Fitters, Door Technicians, Modification Technicians, Exam Technicians and Test and Commissioning Technicians.

Kenny McEvoy is a specialist Recruitment Consultant within the rail division at TXM Recruit. Having previously worked on the Crossrail and London Overground train projects, assembling and mechanical fitting underframe components, Kenny has a great understanding of the rail industry. Kenny works closely with traction and rolling stock companies, recruiting for Assemblers, Vehicle Builders, Mechanical and Electrical Fitters, Technicians and Engineers.
