Head of Product Management

Have you got experience of heading up Product Management within engineering? TXM are looking for an experienced Head of Product Management based in Yorkshire ideally with exposure to similar projects within railway engineering, on offer a company car and a competitive salary.

Head of Product Management:

• Complete ownership of the new product process, improving any existing and ongoing product management throughout the business.

• Working closely with business development, procurement and engineering bringing new products to market effectively to grow revenue streams.

• Offer a commercially astute perspective to senior management on CAPEX and investment decisions which will lead to pricing strategy.

• Manage and improve governance, creating more efficient processes.

• Work with the wider team to ensure that sales targets are achieved.

• Ideally will be working within rail but consider other relevant product engineering backgrounds.
