An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join our growing Derby office.

Supporting a rapidly expanding key multi-site manufacturing client this role will focus on client relationship building and motivating a team to ensure delivery of high quality candidates, so experience gained within a similar role, and recruitment experience gained within a manufacturing / engineering related market sector is essential. This role offers excellent scope for career development and would suit someone ready to move up the career ladder into a team lead/management role within 6-12 months, so a drive for sales and growing a team is essential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of success in sourcing / delivery and leading and developing consultants, we are open to those with a background in blue or white collar, temp or perm – a desire to utilise your recruitment experience and develop a long term career within our business is more important.

This role could suit an agency recruiter keen to focus on delivery, an experienced account manager ready for a fresh challenge or even a in-house recruiter who misses the buzz of working in a busy agency!
